After rough crushing and fine crushing, all slag has been -30mm. This -30mm slag will be screened to be 0-8mm and 8-30mm, and slag of these two size ranges will go for down-driving jigger and AM30 jigger to get alloy granules of 0-8mm and 8-30mm. There shall be some fine alloy grains in the slag, so the tailings from the jiggers can be milled further and go for trapezoidal jigger for further recovery of fine alloy. The whole recovery rate can be +90%. The final tailings can be made of new-type building material to totally recycling the whole chromite smelting slag.'
