Tailing Ore Recycling Machine

Introduction:

Tailings recycling machine is mainly used for recycling magnetic mineral in tailings. The machine takes advantages of single production, simple operation, large handling capacity and high economic return.

Working Principle:

Tailings recycling machine consist of powder removal device, magnetic disk, dynamic deceleration, frame. Magnetic disk is installed in pulp-flow slot, and pulp flows into the slot through the gap between magnetic disks. The magnetic mineral will be sucked on the surface of  magnet surface, the non-magnetic mineral pulp is discharged from the other side of flow slot. Main motor disk rotates in uniform speed, and carry the magnetic mineral out of pulp surface, Powder removing device brings the magnetic materials into collecting ore slot to finish the recycling of the tailings.
