barite jig machine use water and force of graviy to separate barite ore from waste rock by particle density.The transmission part drives the piston disc or cone to reciprocate under the action of motor,make the water in the jig chamber pulsates regularly. under the periodic action of ascending and descending pulses of water,the processing material which rests on the jigging screen will be pushed upward and fell down,and the particles of different density mutually move on its height. as this takes place, particles with low density move to the upper layers of the bed, while those with high density are displaced to the lower layers. Each layer has its own characteristic density, and thus it is possible to separate the concentrate from the tailings
