Barite is kind of important mineral resource. Its main separation is gravity separation with jigger involved as gravity separator. Most of barite ore needs purification for industrial us because grade of barite is low. So which kind of machines shall be used to get high grade barite concentrate?

Barite Upgrading by Jigging Machine

Barite is usually coarse granules inlay and there is an obvious bound between barite and impurities and there is usually no need of milling. Crushing and screening can help to get great single separation degree. Great separation efficiency for barite ore can be gained by crushing, screening, and jigging for most barite mines. Jig concentrator for coarse granules is usually sine wave jig machine. This kind of jiggers can enrich mineral well for both fine granules and coarse granules and the water flow of sine wave is powerful when going up and even when going down which can help to get a great beneficiation efficiency for medium and coarse minerals. The saw tooth wave jigger can deal with material of fine and medium with smaller handling capacity. Sine wave jigger has been used in barite upgrading while saw tooth wave jigger is rarely used.

1.     AM30 jigging machine

2.    LTA series

It can help to gain a great beneficiation efficiency for medium and fine minerals. And aimed handling capacity decides the suitable model.
