The jig machine is a compact and efficient gravity separtion device that is utilized throughout the world.The jig machine has large unit processing capacity and large feeding size range, can process 0-8mm,8-30mm,30-50mm barite ore.In some areas,there are som miner who adopt the sprial chute and shaking table to process barite ore.But as the sprial chute and shaking table has small feeding size,usually below 2mm,and large occupy area, these machines are not widely used.

The jigging separation process for barite ore is as following:
The rough barite ore is broken by two-stage crushing, screening the crushed ore by vibrating screen to get three fractions,0-8mm,8-30mm,30mm+.0-8mm barite ore is processed by fine size jig machine(LTA1010/2 jig machine,2LTC6109/8T jig machine);8-30mm is processed by lumpy ore jigmachine (AM30 jig machine,2FRT16-2 jig machine);+30mm barite ore will be recrushed.The jig machine can discarge the barite product and tailing continously, After dewatered, the material will be conveyored to dump.
