This flow sheet is designed for alluvial of low single separation degree. The loader will feed the raw tin ore to the rotary screen through feeding device, and here the big gravels will be removed by rotary screen, and the fine sand will be fed to the tin jigger for further separation. The first jigging gravity separation is to recover all tin mineral and this separation guarantees the recovery but not the concentrate grade, so the handling capacity shall be large and the recovery shall be high. Here the trapezoidal jigger of 2LTC6109/8T can help to meet this need.

The concentrate from the rough jigger will go for rod mill to be finer and liberate the tin granules from the inlay gangue. Rod mill is widely used as kind of high efficient fine breaking equipment, and this rod mill can avoid over-milling and low tin recovery. The milled tin ore will go for further jigging gravity separation for secondary separation. Here saw tooth wave jig separator will be involved to guarantee the high recovery. The output from jigger can be the final concentrate while the tailings can be recovered by shaking table to improve the recovery rate while the tailings from the shaking table can be deserted directly.
