The structure of iron ore decides beneficiation method of iron ore. Generally, magnetite iron is upgraded by magnetic separation with machines of crushers, ball mills, magnetic separators involved while for weak magnetic iron ore is beneficiated by intensity magnetic separation and gravity separation to get high grade iron concentrate with machines of crusher, ball mills, intensity magnetic separators, and jiggers involved.

Jig concentrator is kind of gravity separation machine with large feeding size range, big feeding size, and great beneficiation efficiency, so this jig separator can be used to get high grade iron concentrate. 1.   Jiggers for separation of iron of coarse inlay
Here the jigging concentrators for coarse iron ore can be jiggers of AM30 and 2LTC912/4A. The feeding size of AM30 jigger is 8-30mm while that of 2LTC912/4A jigger is 30-50mm. These two jig concentrators are newly-designed jigging machines for coarse granules. They are widely used in beneficiation of iron, manganese, barite, celestite, fluorite ore and recovery of coarse smelting alloy like chromite smelting slag.

This kind of coarse granule separator solves problem of big blocks separation and becomes the ideal machine for beneficiation of hematite, limonite, specularite, manganese, pyrite.

2.  Jigging separators for separation of iron of fine inlay
Jig machine for iron ore of fine inlay refers to saw tooth wave jigger of JT series. This jigger is improved on the basic of traditional down-driven jiggers, and its water flow moves along saw tooth wave and strengths the jigging recovery rate. The beneficiation efficiency is obvious and great for iron ore of fine granules.

This saw tooth wave jigger is to deal with hematite, limonite of fine inlay. And it can be also used in beneficiation of gold, tin, tungsten, tantalum, and niobium ore.
