Jigger is the most efficient equipment for gold concentration. It is mainly used for the rough separation and selection of rock gold ore. • 2LTC6109/8T jigger is also called trapezoid diaphragm jigger with its working section trapezoid and four jigging slots dependently adjusted. This jigger can treat the ore below 8mm with high recovery rate. Its working area is 5.76 square meters with its large treatment capacity. 1000t/d can be managed for one single 2LTC6109/8T jigger.

 

      

 

• LTA series jiggers are kind of down-moving cone diaphragm jigger with its well-knit structure, large treatment capacity, and high recovery rate. It is also the core equipment for the mobile gold beneficiation group.     

    

• JT series jiggers are designed especially for the rock gold enrichment with its jigging motion saw-tooth wave. It can help to get a great efficiency for fine ore and it is usually working as the refining machine for placer gold ore and sand tin ore.

• For the gold concentrate from the jigger, it needs further process to get high-grade gold concentrate of +80% Au. And the devices involved are as below:      

            1) Amalgamation separation device                            
                 Mainly used to separate the calomelite and the heavy sand.
 

      

                            

           2) Amalgamretor
                  It is a device after the amalgamator to separate the gold out from the mixture of gold and mercury and it uses coal or gas to heat.
