The original flow sheet of spiral log washer--vibration screen--crusher—jigger—ball mill--floatation separator will have the treating capacity bottleneck for this kind of copper ore.
In order to learn more about the mine site, the technician went there to see the allocated machines.
And finally, the crux is found. The big sticky soft blocks would block the feeding of the screen and the crusher. In order to avoid this kind of blocking, cylinder ore washing machine is suggested to add to the starting location and erase the vibration screen.
This journey tell more about the sample: the samples shall be full-sides, representative. So the test can be a full evidence to design flow sheet and equipment allocation for the exact ore.
