Beneficiation of Tantalum Niobium ore Using gravity separator

The Nigerian tantalum and niobium ore processed by Forui Machinery has the following characteristics:
1. The ore is sand ore, which contains a large amount of mud, the soil is very sticky, and easy to bind into a lump.
2. The sand ore contains not only niobite, tantalite, but also cassiterite. The ore grade is mostly above 1%.
In view of this characteristic, Forui Machinery has designed the process of ore washing, screening, jigging, dewatering, and magnetic separation. Using ore washing machine, jig, dewatering screen, magnetic separator and other equipment for beneficiation, the final beneficiation result is ideal, and has created huge profits for customers. First, we washed and screened the raw ore through a rotary screen( Because this ore has few large gravels and mostly is fine sand) ,
Second,Fine sand enters trapezoidal jig machine, formed the coarse concentrate
Third, coarse concentrate enters the lower driving jig machine for a second beneficiation
Fourth,dehydrate and dry these ore concentration ,put it into the strong magnetic separator to separate the tantalum-niobium ore and cassiterite.
