The mangenese ore must be crushed so that the particle size is controlled within the effective particle size range of the gravity separation equipment.For the manganese ore with small mud content, after crushing and sieving, send it to gravity beneficiation equipment jig machine directly. For the manganese ore with large mud content and strong viscosity, you need to perform ore washing after crushing. then send it to sieving process for screening and classification.
