Manganese Ore Washing Machine

Manganese ore washing plant is used to treat heavy manganese ore which is cemented with clay.The work principle of manganese ore washing plant is to break up and disperse the clay which is carried or attached to the surface of the manganese ore under the action of hydraulic power,mechanical force and self-friction, so as to separate the clay from manganese and imporve the grade of manganese ore.

The primary manganese ore has a low mud content and a low degree of cementation between the mud and manganese ore. it belongs to easy to wash manganese ore which can by washed by the spray on vibrating screen,the undersize from vibrating screen is deslimed and classfied by spiral washing machine.

Accumulation type manganese oxide deposit and Other weathered manganese oxide deposit(Manganese cap manganese oxide ore and soft manganese ore ) which belong to medium washable ore has high clay content(the clay content can up to be 70%-80% in accumulation type manganese oxide deposit ),sometimes there are sticky mud masses,it is hard to sperate the clay from manganese ore by simple washing plant,the rotary scrubber or log washer which has strong washing ability will be used.

After washing,the cleaned manganese ore and mud are obtained. The cleaned manganese will the fina product form washing job, it can be as material to next process or sell directly as concentrates; When the mud contains low manganese grade, it can be discarded as tailings, but when it contains high manganese grade, it is necessary to recycle manganese ore further.
