Lumpy Iron Ore Jig Upgrading Machine
 

Iron ore can be magnetite, limonite, specularite, hematite. The ore structure and characteristics is different. For different iron ores, the inlay is coarse, the inlay can be seen with naked eyes, and the density difference between iron and gangue is big, and here gravity separation can be used to get coarse iron concentrate. Here is some introduction about jig machine for coarse iron beneficiation.

1. AM30 jigger

AM30 jigger is mainly for iron blocks of 8-30mm to remove the coarse waste gangue and get high grade iron concentrate. For some coarse iron blocks, they can be put into the smelting furnace when it is a certain grade erasing the processing of pelletizing. So this kind of jigger is widely used in market to get coarse iron concentrate with its good separation efficiency, large treatment capacity, and low concentrating cost.

2.  2LTC912/4A jigger

This 2LTC912/4A jigger is designed on foundation of AM30 jigger with its feeding size of 30-50mm, and it is now the jigger with the largest feeding size. Hainan Zhongtian Mining Company has got 24 sets jiggers for specularite iron ore concentrating of both fine and coarse iron ore.

Iron concentrating jig machine are mainly these two models. Combination of AM30 & 2LTC912/4A can meet the feeding size of 8-50mm with the satisfied beneficiation efficiency and large treatment capacity. However, not all iron ores can be upgraded by these two jig concentrators. Only iron mineral of coarse inlay, high single separation degree and big density difference can be concentrated by these jiggers. Here a mini test is suggested to design the suitable flow sheet with the plant allocated according to the test and requirements about the beneficiation.
