The beneficiation process of galena ore

Recently, someone asked  Forui Machinery whether jig machine can be used for lead ore dressing and how is the effect. 

As a professional jig machine manufacturer, Forui Machinery  tells that the effect of  lead ore beneficiation using jig machines depends on the property of  the ore.  Jig machine works perfectly on the beneficiation of  ores with coarse partical lead mineral.

The lead ore in the video was taken by the customer to Forui Machinery, and entrusted to us to conduct the beneficiation test. We processed the ore through crushing, screening and jigging, and the results of the beneficiation satisfied the customers. The lead ore in the video is galena, also known as lead sulfide ore. lead mineral is usually embedded in the ore with coarse particals . Through crushing and sieving, a high degree of monomer dissociation can be achieved. Moreover, the difference in specific gravity between lead minerals and gangues is large, which is very suitable for gravity beneficiation, so the effect of using a jig machine to process this lead ore is very ideal.

The jig machine can be used for sulfide lead ore beneficiation or oxidized lead ore beneficiation, but this does not mean that the jig machine can process any type of lead ore.

Only when two conditions are met at the same time:

1. coarse partical lead mineral embeded in the ore ,

2. there is an obvious difference in specific gravity of Lead minerals and gangue , then the jig machine can play its powerful role in beneficiation.
