How To Purify Aluminum ore?

There are mainly two kinds of impurities, one waste stone of clay shape, other one gangue intergrowth with aluminum. So removing the clay & removing of the intergrowth gangue can be considered to purify aluminum ore.
1) Ore washing to remove the clayFor aluminum ore with clay, log washing can be a good method to remove the clay with the log washer involved with its great washing efficiency. The aluminum ore is of low clay to meet the expectation.
2) Gangue-removing by ore beneficiationFor gangue-removing, ore beneficiation method can be considered. Most of gangue and ore has the obvious boundary between gangue and aluminum, so crushing can help about the liberation. There is density difference between gangue and aluminum so gravity separation can be used to separate the gangue out. Jigger is a common gravity separation machine with its large handling size range and good beneficiation efficiency. Forui has gained great beneficiation efficiency for many aluminum separation cases.
